Reserving the Video Room

There are 2 steps to reserving the video room-- both steps must be completed and approved before your reservation is confirmed. Please read the Video Room Policies before submitting a reservation request. Your request will be approved based on the criteria explained on the Policies page.

1) Submit a webvent request for the room:

Request Moore 3027 through the webevent calendar.

Your request will be processed by the Video Room staff; please allow 2 week days for approval. If approved, you will receive an automated email confirmation from webevent. note: if you receive a confirmation for your room request, you still must submit the form below before your reservation is complete.

 

2) Submit the Video Room Request Form:

The Video Room staff will reply with an email that approves your request or asks for more information if necessary. If you don't have all the information to compete the form, please forward the link to whomever can supply the most technical details about the class or event, so they can submit it. If you require a video conference, you must include this in the 'Description' section.

 

Once you have an email approval from both steps, the whole reservation request will be confirmed. If there are details missing, the Video Room staff will get in touch with you or the contact person you provide for the request.

 

Audio And Video Conferencing Services

If your Video Room Request Form includes a request for an audio or video conference, the Video Room staff will reply with another form to gather contact information and technical details. You can fill out this form yourself, or forward it to whomever is more familiar with your technical and logistical needs so they can complete and submit it. For more information, please visit our Audio and Video Conferencing Services page.
